4/2010- Came across Reece's Rainbow. Started praying for God's guidance. 5/2010- Found Delvin's picture on Reece's Rainbow. 5/27/2010-Sent Service Agreement to About A Child. 6/01/2010-Sent Commitment papers to Reece's Rainbow and love offering to Voice of Hope Fund. 6/02/2010-Applied for Passport, got copies of marriage and birth certificates. 6/08/2010-Worked on bunches and bunches of paperwork for home study. UPS paperwork across the sea. 6/10/2010-Husband had physical. 6/11/2010-Sent in State and Federal fingerprints. 6/14/2010-First home study appointment. 6/2010-Completed necessary paperwork for the home study. 7/12/2010- Redid state and federal fingerprints and sent them in. 7/15/2010-Last home study visit. 8/20/2010-WAITING,WAITING,WAITING for results of fingerprints. 9/10/2010-Received federal fingerprints in the mail. 9/11/2010-Received home study and sent off the 1-800A to the USCIS. 10/13/2010-Husband and I were fingerprinted. 10/2010-Committed to May. 10/2010-Dossier completed, waiting for approval with USCIS. 10/29/10-Received our USCIS approval!! 11/04/10-Sent dossier. 4/19/11-Court date/7 days later Dayton and Maya are legally our children!! 6/11/11-Dayton and Maya arrive home!!!

I have many friends who have downsyndrome, and I am a big supporter of Downsyndrome, I go to the buddy walk every year, and activities put on by the Ups and Downs Socitey. I am married to a wonderful husband. We have four daughters ages 21,14,9,4 and one son age 4. We recently adopted our two youngest children, who have Down Syndrome, from Bulgaria. Join us on our journey as we continue to run the race Jesus has set before us.
